1965 VALANI TRANSPORT CO. was established by Shri Sunderlal Hemchand Valani at Latur with the agency of Savani Transport Pvt. Ltd.
1970 Shri Uttamlal Sunderlal Valani expanded the company by establishing booking offices in Nanded and other locations.
1990 Shri Kinjalkumar Uttamlal Valani joined the business, expanded the company's branch network, and secured additional agency agreements.
1995 Mr. Relankumar Uttamlal Valani joined the company with the goal of achieving pan-India business expansion.
2012 We established VALANI LOGISTIC to meet logistic demand of our clients .
2018 With a commitment to sustainable energy, we introduced VALANI AUTOMOTIVE to execute a green energy project in Latur.
